Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of your payment. Parisdrive then sends you a voucher with your booking details.
I have just sent an incomplete booking form.
If a lack of information appears in the booking of a chauffeured service, Parisdrive sends you an email in order to complete and finalize your booking. Nevertheless, you might complete your booking via the online contact form.
I didn't receive any reply to my booking.
If you have not received our online payment request within 24 hours after your booking, you may have keyed in a wrong email address. We suggest you to renew your booking and make sure the email adress provided is valid.
I desire to choose a specific vehicle for my transportation.
Parisdrive’s vehicle fleet suits any specific transportation needs. You can express a wish for a specific one in the comment field of the booking or online contact form. This vehicle will be made available according to its availability.
Modification - Cancellation
Is it possible to modify a booking which has already been confirmed by Parisdrive?
Changes in pick-up place or/and time are permitted provided that Parisdrive had been informed 72 hours at the latest before the initial time. The Client has to send as soon as possible a message via the contact form to Parisdrive.
Is it possible to cancel a booking and how to be reimbursed?
Canceling and repayment are possible according to our refund policy.
Am I allowed to carry a bulky object?
It depends on the size and nature of the object. You should notify us the size of your object in the comment/message field of the booking or contact form. Then Parisdrive will offer you an appropriate car (minivan or van).
My child is traveling alone. Could Parisdrive care of him?
Parisdrive can lead an unaccompanied minor under certain conditions: you must be legally responsible of him/her, the child must be at least 10 years old. Finally, a designated referent must be able to take him at the arrival of the transport. Please send us an email via the message field of the booking or contact form to receive a personalized reply.
I travel with my pet. Can I book a chauffeured car?

I am organizing my stay in Paris. Is Parisdrive able to recommend me an hotel or a restaurant?

When do I have to pay?
The payment will be asked once you have completed the booking form and received by Parisdrive. In order to finalize the booking, the Client receives a payment request emitted via e-mail by Parisdrive. This request consists in an invoice and a link allowing the Client to proceed to the payment of the total amount by card on a secure page.
What kind of payment methods are accepted?
Only online payment by card on a reliable and secure platform. We accept most of cards among the most popular: American Express, CB, MasterCard, Visa.
Is the online payment secure?
Your payment is 100% reliable and secure. Parisdrive has set up the PayPal online payment platform. No need to get a PayPal account, just use your card. Be sure that no account ID information will be communicated to us.
I wish to book a chauffeured car but I ignore the most convenient pick-up time.
In that case, it is necessary to specify what time you wish to arrive at destination in the comment/message field of the booking or online contact form. Parisdrive will then suggest you an appropriate departure time according to traffic.
How long before my transfer may I have to book a chauffeured car?
You can book untill 24 hours before your pick up. However, to be certain of the availability of a chauffeured car, we recommend you to send us your booking as soon as possible.
